Laziel:Good morning kuya Mark!!!I am here to interview you about your job.Are you willing to tell us all??

Mark:Of course yes!!! Being a constraction worker, I'm so happy because it gives challenge to my life.

Laziel:Why???

Mark:Coz' everytime I build a house,church or a store, my family always reminds me about my safety.Maybe they think that my job is so dangerous, that's why I'm always praying to Jesus Christ to help me and protect me from harm.

Laziel:How about your salaries???

Mark:We get our salaries every 2nd week of the month.If you are present and no absent in a whole 2 weeks you will going to get P2500 and if you are absent for one day, they will deduct your salary for P200.

Laziel:It is easy to apply in that job???

Mark:Not so!!!You are going to submit all of the the requirements that required because the agency (if you are in company) will check if you have a quality to work actively amd strongly.You must to submit a bio-data,marriage contract (if you are married) and a note.

Laziel:Do you consider that it is a difficult job???

Mark:For me??? yes!!! because everytime we change a place,one of the biggest problem of ours is "WHERE WE WILL GOING TO RENT A HOUSE".We need first to check if the place is nice and near from a school so that my children will easily go to school.

Laziel:Last question kuya Mark,how long will it take to finished the contract???

Mark:It depends to the building to build if it is big or small.If it is in the contract that we will finished it in 2years then we have to work overtime so that we can easily finished it.That's all??

CloThEs To Be wEaR

They need to wear clothes that will fit to their job so that they can work actively.Some of them are required to wear a jogging pants,long sleeves,helmet and specially shoes to protect them from sharp objects such as nails and hallow blocks.But also there are some that confidently wear shorts,t-shirts and sleepers.
They are required to wear long sleeves and jogging pants to avoid from sun burn's or skin cancers.Their job is more difficult than to others because eventhough rain or shine, they need to finished it unless the engineer will command to stop it first.
Helmet will help them to protect their heads from danger.

ArE tHeY sAfE???

Most of them like their jobs because it is exciting and challenging everytime they are going to face the trouble.They need to do that because they want to pursue their dreams eventhough they're salaries are not too big to make them rich.Some of them are too far from their families that's why every two weeks they choose to go home and make fun with their wives and especially to their kids.
They fell excitement everytime they work,but before that.they pray first for their safeness to make sure that they will be safe and they can work actively.
They finished their work in exactly 9:00 pm and start it in exactly 7:00 am.They feel so fatigued because they carry some things that are too heavy but they have also their time to rest and prepare again theirselves for another trouble.

ReAl LiFe oF aN oFCw's

Ofcw's always preparing theirselves to be strong in working because of everyday from morning to evening until they eat,they think first "how to make their lives success". They wake up early in the morning or exactly 5:00 am to prepare theirselves more active. They use to do that because some of them need to sacrifice until their children finish their studies. I believe that they always honed their talents and skills and gained valuable experience and wisdom in the process to make their dreams success.
They need to maintain their work in a good way so that bad luck will never attempt to put it down.One of their problems is the "CRISIS" from which their dreams started to frustrate them. But they always think positive to keep them away in the vast desert of reality, forever roaming without a destination or cause of existence.

OFCW's (OVER FATIGUED CONSTRACTION WORKERS)

Everybody wish to have a good life and make their dreams come true.Dreams are as important as our loved ones.All of us are given a fair chance to pursue our dreams in life like OFW'S.If they are determined to succed, we would strive to do things in order to become what they want to be even hardship and difficulty can't hinder anyone from reaching their dreams. They work hard for their family to make them happy and experience some things like living in a very shucking life.
Many OFWC'S(over fatigued constraction workers) become successful because they sacrifice the happiness with their families only to work in a far places and find a job.
